Each mine is unique in its mineral composition as well as chemical and mechanical proprieties. Test work is the most important task prior to any investment in a mine or process plants. We assist our customer for performing a test work by auditing the laboratory, preparing test procedure, supervision during test work and endorsing the final report.

Equipment supply is a part of our supply chain in the EP contract. We perform all activities such as technical evaluation, vendor audit, quality control, expediting, export license and delivery of an individual equipment, an island or a plant. Our PCM department manages and integrates the flow of goods and services between vendors and end user in different locations based on an end-to-end order fulfillment.
Each customer is unique, our supply chain is a custom-made service to fulfill our customers’ needs. We work with qualified vendors according to project’s specifications as well as respecting to customers’ requirements specifically their localization strategy.
